Brand Ambassadors/Sales and Customer Representatives
We are looking for interested candidates with SALES or CUSTOMER SERVICE experience to conduct face-to-face marketing and donor acquisitions for our clients.
Requirements:
Customer service or sales experience is an asset
Must have strong verbal communication skills in the English language
Willingness to interact daily with clients/donors from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision
Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail
Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
A customer service “superstar”
History of reliability and dependability
Strong ability to communicate over the phone and in-person
Someone who’s not afraid to do donor acquisitions, corporate events, malls, booths, residential fundraising, community fundraising
Job Type:
TYPE: Full-time (5 days), Part-time (4 days)
WORKING DAYS: 4-5 days/week, Monday to Friday
HOURS: Full hours, from 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM
WORK TYPE: In-person (not remote)

Benefits:
Uncapped compensation and daily bonus structure (base-pay + commission + daily cash bonus)
On average, skilled representatives can earn approximately $62,400 plus per year

Role Description:
The representative will campaign for amazing humanitarian projects, speak with donors, residential home-owners, corporates events, booths, malls, and verify donor information
The representative will develop a rapport with donors, demonstrate a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease
Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the organization and its brand at all times.
The representative will participate in orientation and put their skills to immediate and meaningful use
Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service sales team
Familiarize self with current information about projects and campaigns
Accurately record customer demographics, or other information digitally or in written form
